Maximising the Benefits of Benchmarking and Business Intelligence
Hosted by SUMS Consulting, this important event brought together JISC’s work on Business Intelligence and an update on HESA’s benchmarking project Realising business benefits through the use of benchmarking which aimed to build capacity and capability within the UK HE sector to undertake and gain business benefits from benchmarking activities.

HESA and SUMS Consulting held a joint event on 24th June 2011 at the HESA offices in Cheltenham focused on process benchmarking. This event was promoted jointly by HESA and SUMS Consulting and through the AUA Special Interest Group on Change Management.
