Recent assignments in this area are:
- Reading Facilities Management Directorate wanted to advance their document and drawing management and asked SUMS to document user requirements and provide recommendations on future options (Assignment number 1120)
- Exeter: we reviewed their core requirements for storing, retrieving and publishing electronic documents and assessed the ability of their existing systems to meet these requirements (Assignment number 1030)
- SOAS: we determined their requirements for managing digital assets (both administrative and academic), and then assessed their existing systems functionality and finally recommended a way forward (Assignment number 1000).
