Process Review

Business processes span operational teams and internal institutional boundaries. Process modelling can provide a rigorous foundation for redesigning processes. Process review, however, provides a broader perspective encompassing not just the processes themselves, but also the institutional infrastructure required to enable the optimal delivery of those processes - including policies, organisation, roles, resources, information, and information technology.

SUMS Consulting can provide support for members in process review either through discrete consultant-led assignments, or through a Participative Review programme as a vehicle for wider organisational change.
