SUMS Consulting offers support to member institutions engaged in reframing and supplementing Quality Assurance operations to deliver Quality Enhancement.
To deliver this service SUMS Consulting works with academic and professional staff to consider the balance of needs in the institution, and the activities and processes required to fulfil the needs.
This will typically involve:
- Review of existing policies, provision and practices
- Engagement with staff to determine aims and issues, and consider options to address them
- Introducing an action plan to take forward the transition.
