Strategic Performance Management

SUMS supports members in developing operational performance that achieves their strategic goals. To deliver this service SUMS works with management to:

• Evaluate strategic and operational plans ensuring consistency throughout
• Develop operating principles and processes that guide operating decisions according to strategic goals
• Run workshops to identify key areas for change
• Develop plans that drive operational performance that may include people, process or technology changes
• Develop meaningful and relevant measures against which institutions can monitor progress.
